Throughout my life, I have been driven by a deep curiosity about how the mind works and how we can harness its power to change our lives.
My journey began with acting, a passion that allowed me to step into someone else’s shoes and experience life through their eyes. This profound exploration of human nature eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Psychodrama, where I discovered how “drama” – or action – is a powerful method for guiding a subconscious therapeutic journey for my patients.
Seven years ago, I began my journey of self-healing when I discovered Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings. By practicing his meditations, I was able to heal myself from chronic knee pain. This experience opened my eyes to the immense potential of the mind in overcoming physical and emotional challenges. A pivotal moment came when I visited Jiddu Krishnamurti’s center in Ojai. His teachings and philosophy radically shifted my mindset, deepening my understanding of consciousness, thought, and internal awareness. This distinctive philosophy helped me see how much we limit ourselves with our beliefs and conditioning.
In addition to my personal journey, my professional experience as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of a biotech startup deepened my understanding of the mindset’s power to drive growth and success. I led the company from seed to Series B funding by fostering a culture of balanced leadership, conscious decision-making, and adaptability. I saw firsthand how shifting executive mindsets dramatically improved team performance, productivity, employee retention, and sales. When leaders embrace internal awareness and transformation, they create high-performing, resilient organizations.
